Lenore Mackey is a professional usability consultant with over sixteen years of practical experience in usability and user centered design techniques. She was a lead usability consultant with IBM Storage Systems for twelve years and is based in Tucson, AZ.
Lenore's professional expertise includes website, software and product usability and design. She leads cross-disciplinary user experience teams and creates deliverables such as user stories, design documents, personnas and wireframes to achieve end-to-end ease of use objectives. She holds an Invention Acheivement Award for an IBM hardware patent, and has been recognized for outstanding service contributions to the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia for work on a Walk Up and Use Information System.
